Hello, I am looking to replace two rollers. The dimensions are 2 7/16" x 1 7/16" x 1 1/4" by 5/16" x 1 1/8" x 1 1/8". I have included a picture of the old roller with the dimensions listed.

Thanks for posting! Your patio door roller reminds me of our 81-277. Take a look over the dimensions from the diagram below. Carefully compare them to your existing roller to determine if this is the right replacement for you.
