patio door rollers

I hae a Anderson patio door which was installed in 1989 and the door is very hard sliding I have adjusted the ollers at the bottom of the door using screwdriver into plastic roller adjusters doesn't seem to lift door enough

Could you have something like the 84-020 screen door roller? Since you already oiled it and adjusted the wheel, it could just be simply broken. It may be time for a new roller assembly.
