patio door sash controller Pt No - 1060-452

Sash controller failed to work. On removing it I found a small triangular piece had broken off from what appears to be the outside rear encasement.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Starting off with your handle set, see if our 82-035 would make a good option for you. Moving on to the mortise lock, take a look at our 82-226. Let us know if our measurements are compatible with yours.
