Take a look at our 84-100 roller and let me know if this would be a good match.

I ordered the 84-100,It's shorter(I could make it work with a longer machine screw) but it's about 1/8 inch to wide to fit in frame.

Thanks for getting back to us! To be honest, the 84-100 is the only screen door roller of its kind available that I know of. I think your are correct in using the longer screw, but I'm not sure what to do about it being too thick. Could you possibly file down a little of the nylon housing and a little on the inside of the screen door? Maybe that will give you just enough to make the roller fit. Otherwise, we have been unable to find anything closer.
