patio door seal

Trying to find a replacement seal (between side of door and stationary glass) for a Pella patio door. Don't know the model or serial number of the door, info went with previous owner. Current seal leaks like a sieve. Couldn't get photos to attach to t his message, but seal is bulb-shaped with diameter of 3/8" and length of 76".

Thank you for the photos. Take a look at our bubble seal here. I can't be certain since the picture is a little blurry but start by comparing our 3/8" 58-114 seal to yours. All of the dimensions can be found on our product page. Thank you!
