i have CD344 inside surface lock and an exterior CD442 handle on my 1.5 inch patio door. would like to add exterior lock access. pls recommend a replacement or addition i would require to install. thx

Hello! I'm not familiar with those part numbers. Can we start off with some photos of the existing handles, so we can move on to find a replacement?
