81-018 wheels cannot retract far enough

Question

I ordered your part 81-018, fits perfect, but wheels can't retract far enough to allow us to place the window back into the track. The part we removed has a adjusting screw on the side closest to the frame that allows for wheel adjustment through an aperture in frame once the window is in place.

I don't think the 81-018 was the roller you wanted. I recommend our 81-156 instead. Going by your photo, the style of this product looks like it's much closer to your original hardware. I would just go over our dimensions to confirm.
