number found on sliding door  15305X69C5M  the weather stripping along entry area and above the doors along header has come loose and peeled off surface.

I'm afraid that number doesn't tell me anything about what weatherseal your door uses. I will need you to remove a sample of the original and show me a picture of the end profile. The video below will go into more detail.
