patio sliding door handle and lock

Question

The locking mechanism does not work.  The door is approx 15 years old. I bought the door from Lowes but they do not sell parts for the door.

The mortise lock looks like our 82-226; the handle is our 82-087. Look over all the dimensions to confirm.
