I am searching for a replacement latch for my patio sliding door. I believe the manufacture of my latch is Truth. I've attached a few photos with dimensions I hope will help.
I am not certain how to understand you request for measurements or photograph of "hardware". So I have attached a photo of all the internal components I've removed from the door latch cassette.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry a suitable replacement for the internal mortise locking mechanism you have pictured here. While we have a few that do appear similar in style, they have not worked to replace this lock style. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find the direct replacement for it at this time.
