Do you know what replacement parts I would need to replace the rollers on this type of door? It is about 20 years old.

Welcome to SWISCO! As far as identifying the part, there's no telling for sure without looking at the roller. You'd have to take the door down and remove the roller to show it to us. There's no easier way, sadly.
