I have a patriot window that has lost the pin /stub that fits into the balance due to rust. The pin is located at the bottom of the sash. Is there a replacement part SW

It's hard to say based only on the brand of the windows. Can you send us a photo of a pin that is still in good shape? If the one side has rusted, the other side may be intact. Ideally, we would like to take a look at your old pin so that we can identify a replacement.

Unfortunately, it isn't really possible to guess which of our large selection of pivot bars might suit your need. You can, however, scroll through the listings and look for something that looks similar. You'll just need to match the part up based on the measurements once you find something close.
