Patriot window weather stripping

Good evening, i have a 20 year old home with patriot windows. The rubber weather stripping at the bottom of the lower window has deteriorated. I would like to get this replaced. It appears as if it is a Kerf type and about 1/4 inch wide. I am including a few photos. Can you please tell me if

Product Code: 58-053 would be the weather stripping i would need.

Hello. We have known a number of customers who have Patriot windows to have used our 58-135 bubble seal for their bottom sash. You will need to remove your sash and slide out your bubble seal in order to compare your piece to ours. Let us know if our part is compatible with yours.
