patriot windows ..looking for sash seal on lower window and the rubber seal for window screen

Question

In search of rubber seal for window screens (pic 1) and rubber seal for bottom of lower window (pic 2)? Also does the bottom window come out to reinstall new replacement seal?

Thanks for your post! There is a chance we can provide you with a replacement for this seal but I will need to see a photo of it from an end profile view. I'll need to see the shape of each of the seals to determine if we have the right fit for your repairs.
