40-058 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set

Just moved into home and both storm doors have broken handles that need to be replaced. Don't have serial numbers as they have worn off.

When I purchased my home which was built in 1999, the seller could not locate the keys to the storm door deadbolt lock. Attached, please find photos of the exterior and interior views of the lock which is silver. I don't want to call a locksmith as the cost for the call and replacement parts is pr ... (cont.)

The attached door handle has snapped off from the outside need a replacement but can't find it at the local hardware store.

Do you stock the hole door Handel dead bolt lock is on top I'm in MN and winter has arrived and looking (Just ordered 40-117 in Gold.)

I have an old Cole Sewell door without a handle. 1-3/4" between the screws with a hold right in the middle for a spindle. There is no existing handle for me to send a picture of. I don't want to bother with new holes so I don't need a deadbolt. What do you suggest?
