Hi, We have these locks on the windows and I would like to slide them up or down to clean around them - and where they lock into the window frame. How can I do this? thanks

Does the 90-193 window lock come with the hardware to mount to the window? If not, what is the correct hardware size?

There is a picture window that the latch has broken off. I need a latch for the following -- Traco - 1994 picture window with 2 side sliders.
