These tabs are from storm and screen windows installed in the early 1960's. They are on the exterior of 28 double hung windows. Most of them have to be replaced at this time. I have window latches stamped HK 701L and HK 701R picture provided. Closely matches 91-0022/23 latches. However the outside ends are not flush, but reduced as can be seen in second photo.
