HI we have two broken window crank handles part# 0P05-7810 where can we buy replacement handles they belong to the crank unit # 0P051505

Most everything is working but there's one little glitch I'd like to discuss. I need a replacement casement window crank for both a left and right hand vinyl casement window. The windows are about 10 years old. It appears that parts 39-325 and 39-326 on your website match but I have no idea how to get the existing mechanism out and a new one in. QUESTION: Do you have ins ... (cont.)

The attached pictures show what we are trying to get, although it is a handle for a left handed window. The writing inside the handle indicates in the first pictures is OP06-1520 the first character is o like open. The only thing I can find online ties it to Roto windows, but I can't seem to locat ... I ordered 39-326, and it does not fit. I am attaching pictures of the part that was installed in 2003 when the house was built.

39-114L is a standard handle that will work and the 39-205, folding handle, will work.
