the broken piece holds the drawer slide hardware and is mounted at the front inside of cabinet

One of the slide spacers snapped on our Brookhaven side slide drawers and I'd like to replace it but none of the measurements align to what I've seen available. It's 2 inches long, 1 1/4 deep and 3/4 wide. Pictures attached. Any help finding the correct replacement is appreciated. ... (cont.)
