I am searching for a RH operator which matches all the dimensions on 39-432 except the operating arm which mine is 2 3/4". Will the 2 3/8" arm work?

Need to identify the match for this crank operator. No names, numbers or markings could be found. Have nine windows needing this replacement part.

Inside the body of the crank it has numbers such as "94" "Part No. 198202 US" "RD.1963.CAN" "H" Please note 1) Link #1 is offset 2) Link #2 has a 'screwed insert' (not just a 'hole') the dimensions between holes in 'frame' are "1 3/8" "5 1/16" "4 9/16" (my measuring may be suspect) ... (cont.)
