My customer brought this in. I believe that there is another half to it, but he says there isn't. One end attaches to the metal bracket on the side of sash. Please let me know if you have seen anything similar to this. Your help is greatly appreciated.Thank you,Andrew

Hello, Trying to figure out a way to secure the window in the attached photos.
