I am looking to find the plastic self-stick clips that are part of the window H-LC35 that hold the screen tight. a few of them are broken and therefore the screen frame feel loose. Please let me know how to order them. Thanks.

I believe your company used to fabricate these but not entirely sure. Cannot find them anywhere at hardware stores.

Our condo complex is 40 years old and these things mount on the window jambs to keep the screens in place. Most are broken off and the rest break very easily. Windows installed in a house built in 2000 as a builders spec home. Sorry I don't know the brand of the windows but these plastic pieces are about 6 inches long. This clip slides in between the screen and window frame on the INSIDE of the house. They are from Universal Windows, but I can't find a replacement. They were originally a clear plastic clip that has now yellowed. Do you have something like this?

Our home is built in 1929 and still has original windows. Many of the storm windows are missing the latches that hold them in place and I've attached a picture of both the window and the little latch with thumbscrew. Are these available?

We are new owners and do not know who made our windows. If you do - I would like to know. Many of the rollers on the bottom of the sliding windows are stuck and worn down to "sleds." These windows originally came with the plastic clips with a plastic screw. Most broke over the years from taking screens on and off to clean. I'm looking for clips that are easy to put on and off.

Hello. I'm having difficulty finding screen frame retainers like the one pictured. It's a Z shape with a plastic screw at one end and a ridge at the other that snaps into a groove in our window frame. Thank you.
