39-465 Sunroom Awning Window Operator

The casement window operator failed -- the screw mechanism is not held in place and will not close the window. It is likely a very old part and I cannot find a similar piece on your website.

We are requesting a drawing that shows a side view of the know area in order to determine the distance between the bottom edge of the knob and the mounting housing. Thank you, Reid Johnston WI Solar Design

Please see the attached photos of the cranks we need to replace. The last one is of a working one (minus the knob on the handle) The third one is how’s the total length of the arms. The first two will hopefully show the dimensions of the originals.

Cranks don't work to open and close

Each arm is 9.5" long cant find any markings on them lost the roller on the left side

Looking for a replacement for this Window crank. The handle and internal spindle broke off so we need to replace the whole mechanism. 20 inch. I included a pic of one of the other working window latches with the handle emremoved.

I'm trying to replace the worn-out window cranks in two awning windows. They are in a sunroom built by a company called Four Seasons Design & Remodeling Centers. The only markings on them that I can find are the front facia that says Four Seasons Green Houses and the arms are stamped with a resp ... (cont.)

Gears stripping. Note the nylon wheel that rides in the channel at the bottom of the window. Finish color not important.
