peach tree lock cartridge

I have a peach tree glass sliding door installed in 2002. I need a new lock cartridge. The lock is 4 inches long 0.5 inches wide. The loch has two treaded holes on 3 and 11/16 centers. The problem is the locking dog does not come out to engage.

Hello,

The mortise lock itself is our 82-218 and the white piece appears to be part of the door frame, which we cant replace.
