peach tree window balance

Question

I'm looking to replace the balance in my windows and I do not see my item listed. the unit weighs aprox 17 lbs so would item # 31253 be correct

Were you looking at the Series 745 Peachtree balance? Are you able to show us your original balance and stamped number on the metal channel to further review? Thank you!
