Searching for Pella Casement window parts. Internal blind opener on window screen. Part is adjustment held between index finger & thumb to open and close blinds on window. Enclosed see pics.

Unfortunately, our company does not sell replacement hardware like you show here. Blinds are just a little too far outside of our realm of expertise. My recommendation is to contact Pella directly for assistance.
