Thanks for writing in! I was not able to determine the replacement recommendation for your existing roller based on the information provided, unfortunately. To be able to confirm if there is a replacement we can supply you with I'll need to see the roller removed from the door, clearly and without obstruction. 

I'm looking to see the top, side, and back end of the roller. It would also help to have written dimensions.

Given that this is a Pella door, I cannot guarantee that we will be able to supply you with an exact replacement but there is a chance that we can provide you with as suitable replacement.
