pella casement window

im a handyman looking to get replacement parts for a window that will crank open, but wont close without help. included is a picture of a broken portion that appears to have a part number on it. im afraid i only have assembled photos, and they are limited as well. if you need other photos please let me know and ill have the client take more if needed.
