pella fiberglass double hang window (2008)

Question

These pictures are from the window balance of my fiberglass Pella window purchased in 2008. It is from the bottom window.  The pivot shoe at the bottom of the balance broke.  The pella part number is 22BBI (or maybe 1) with small letters following VA.  I need the right and left balances from the bottom window.  Can you help me?

Thanks for posting! Your balance can be replaced with the S795-22 Channel Balance but it will need to be a custom assembly since it has a hook attached to the top. That said, I've forwarded a link for (2) of the requested balances.

When adding the balances to the cart, you'll also need to add the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. This is sold separately from the balance and cannot be added on the custom assembly. The good news is, the 1-1/4" shoe can be easily removed so that you can swap them with the 1" shoe.
