hello. i have a question about pella product code 39-351. does the part come with the roller on the hinge for the bottom hinge? i could not really tell from the picture?

Hello! If you take a look at the photo of the 39-351 on the store page, you'll notice that there are two small black rollers under the 39-371 hinge shoes. Take a look at the image below and see what you think.
