Hi there. I have 30-year-old Pella windows. These locks are broken. Did not see them on your site so maybe you will recognize them and have them in stock.
I am in need of at least 2, but I'm seeing 2 others that are getting stuck as well (hinge not turning, warped).

Hello there, Kristy. Please take a look at our 90-243 Pella lock and keeper. This appears to look like an updated version of your part with the exception of the additional screw hole. See if your measurements match up with ours and let us know if this will work. If so, you may have to drill a new hole, but be careful not to drill too far down into the glass.
