Question

Casement window has a vertical tie bar part of locking function. At this height it has 3 keepers to have the tie bar continue to function. All are plastic, and wear out over time, particularly bottom one which is most stressed.

It's hard to say what you need without pictures but our 39-417 and 39-448 are the only tie bar guides we carry. Review the dimensions for each and see if either match up to your original guide. As for the keeper, can you show us some pictures of that?
