i need balancers for this window, or at least know what balncers are in this window if you can help

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. However, I'm afraid the numbers you gave don't help us identify the hardware. Could you remove an undamaged balance assembly from the window and show us some photos? We may need more photos and information after that but we have to know what to ask for first. Just something to keep in mind!

Thank you! The first photo is all that we need since this is an Ultra lift hybrid balance. However, it must be a custom order since it's heavy-duty. Can you tell me the number of balances you're looking to order? Could you also confirm the length of the balance tube? It should be 38-1/2" long.

I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for (4) balances with the 38-70 stamp and (4) balances with the 32-67 stamp. You can use this the place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well.

The tube length for these balances will measure 38-1/2" and 32-1/2" long so you may want to confirm your hardware is the same length.
