Non tilt.
But also, there is a little hook at the base of the balancer that connects to the window. None of the balancers i have seen on your website have this hook.

Thanks for confirming. Please provide a photo of the hook attached to the end of your balance. This will help to determine the exact type of non-tilt spiral balance you need. There are a few different types of hooks compatible with our non-tilt balances, so to confirm that we can supply you with a replacement, I'll need to see a photo to narrow them down.
