Hey Stuart. If the metal tube is 35" by 3/8" diameter, then our S900-35 should work for you. I'd make sure the weight of the window sash falls into the weight range the green tip option is meant to support (14 through 26 pounds). Placing the sash on a bathroom scale will work. Let me know if anything seems off.

For the pivot shoe, our 15-134 and 15-212 are close in dimensions. Double-check your shoe's measurements, compare with these options, and let me know if you think one of these matches what you need.
