I need the lower LH window hinge. the arm is 9.5 inches (2nd picture) between the attachment holes, the other hinge is approx.7 inches between the slide rollers and the attachment location (3rd picture).

Thanks for posting. How does the 39-351 9-5/8" Left-Handed Pella Hinge Assembly compare? See the diagram below. These hinge sets come with both the upper and low hinge bars; we recommend replacing both just to ensure the window continues to run smoothly. Let me know if you think this is right for you, or if you have further questions.
