pictures of window crank to verify type.

We measured the crank and the dimensions match up except for the bottom two holes, which on your diagram is 7/8" but is wider (1 1/4") on ours. However I don't think that will be an issue since that is just a matter of making a different hole if needed.

To clear my confusion, is ours the RH or LH crank?

I'm not sure what you have. Which SWISCO product code were you comparing your hardware to, exactly? That will help give us a better idea of what you're looking to do. The hole spacing is also only part of it; another important thing to consider is the link arm. I cannot tell what yours is based on this picture. Is there any way we can see the operator removed from the window so we can have a good look at that link arm? Can you also give me its size?

We do not have a product code. We were hoping to get your expertise seeing if the one you have will work by providing you the pictures.

The dimensions are the same as yours including the link arm except for the two holes at the bottom. On yours it is 7/8" and ours is 1 1/4" but I think that would still work. We've included more pictures.

Thanks...

The operator shown in your photos is a right handed operator. Take a look at our 39-058 operator. It has a bottom hole spacing of 1-3/8". They are a little closer to you 1-1/4" hole centers. Could this be a better fit? Also be sure to check the link arm. It seems your link arm is still installed in the window so I cannot get a good look at it.
