Hi one of my casement windows will crank open but not closed - it seems to be just the threaded brass fitting that is damaged - is this part available by itself? Thanks

That fitting cannot be repaired or replaced, unfortunately. Once that falls out your entire operator mechanism needs to be replaced.

We can help, but I will require a photo of the operator removed from the window so that I can see the whole thing. I will then check our inventory for a part whose design matches.

This photo is a huge help, thank you! My recommendation for this would be our 39-083. This has the same style as our original and seems to also have the same 21-1/2" "wingspan." Look it over and see what you think!
