pile weather stipping for Crystal 100 series windows

Hello,
The pile weather stripping has failed on my Crystal 100 series windows. The support team has not replied in a timely manner and has been unhelpful in pointing me to a solution. Can you recommend the after-market solution to replace these with myself?

Hey there. We may be able to help, but we'll need you to remove a sample of the wool pile and give us the size of the base, and the height of the pile. Wool pile weatherstripping dimensions can be very discrete, going into the X/32" range, so be specific as possible. We'll do our best to help from there.
