pins for grid retainers

Question

My pin is from a sliding glass door frame. Circa 1968 They are white plastic with a small flat head. The post is about 1" long and 1/8 " in diameter. They are pull outs so I can remove the grid to wash the windows. Some have broken from use.

Any ideas?
