pivot bar

This pivot shoe is a bit different from the ones we carry. I'm not sure I recognize it. First, i would like some dimensions. Specifically, I'd like the width and height. We don't need the length, but instead we'd like the distance between the tip of the bar that inserts into the pivot shoe and the center of the hole used to secure it to the frame. Based on the wear I see in your photos, I would guess that'd be the first hole, but I'm not certain. Finally, please show me a picture of the pivot shoe itself.
