pivot bar

Question

pivot bar piece is approximately 1 1/8" to center of hole a # 7 is cast into piece. Appears to be 1/4"wide perhaps slightly less.remainder of piece is in channel at bottom of window I have been unable to remove it but am able to move it further into channel. Penguin was manufacturer, window is 10-12 years old. I require 2 but am interested in buying 4
