According to our records this has been discontinued and there's no exact replacement for it on the market. Our 26-021 is a possible replacement, but I'm not 100% sure if it can work.

To confirm, could you show me a clear picture of your pivot shoe? If I can see the cam where your pivot bar inserts, I will have a better idea as to whether the 26-021 can work for you.
