pivot bar

I can't seem to find a pivot bar to replace 2 that are broken. The pivot shoes are also broken & I purchased 2 15-192 to replace them. The 15-192 metal cam is slightly narrower but I can use the old metal cams if needed. The opening for the pivot bar is only 1/4" & the space to the screw hole looks to be 1 5/8".
