Thanks for the additional photos, they are a great help! It looks like both the pivot bar and the pivot shoe you have are older, discontinued window hardware. There is a good chance we can provide you with a replacement recommendation but I'll need to confirm a bit more information.

To start, what type of balance system does this shoe interact with? I suspect it may be a coil balance, however, I don't want to make any assumptions.

Also, you'll need to confirm the measurements from the pivot shoe. I'll need to know the width, thickness, and height; please write these out as it is hard to read accurate measurements from photos of measuring tapes/rulers.
