The center line is 7/8". The part that slides into the ballast end is 5/8".

Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-211 that accepts a 1/4" wide by 3/16" high pivot bar. Our 26-326 pivot bar is the closest to your original; just check the dimensions of the bar that goes in the pivot shoe to make sure it aligns with ours.
