pivot bar for MI window

A home owner from Maryland says:
This strange shape pivot bar is not available from the manufacture. The shape of the end of the bar that goes in the shoe (shown above) must have the correct width so it turns in the shoe and be flat so it drops into the shoe. This is for a vinyl window and you see in photo the wood screws that secured the bar to window in a narrow slot, so width of bar is important too.

It is also important that the part of the bar that fits in the shoe be on a different plane than the support section so the window sash can rotate w/o hitting the window jam.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in, and apologies for the wait in responding. I'm afraid I can't find an exact match for this pivot bar, as the offset of the pin is tripping me up. I'm forwarding this discussion to one of my senior colleagues who specializes in this kind of hardware. We will get back to you as soon as possible with any possible solution. Sorry again for the delay, and thanks for your patience.
