Do you have this part available, if so can you identify part number. My window size is approx. 33w x 80 h.

Your pivot shoe here looks like our 15-195. I'm not sure what your pivot bar was, since the 15-195 is compatible with a few different types, but I can at least tell you that the 26-021 was a popular choice.

If that's not it then we will need a pic of the original so that we can match it up to something else.
