pivot bar for window sash

I am looking to find 2 replacement pivot bars for my window sash. The identification number on them is 9862. Do you guys know where I may find them?

I'm not familiar with that number, but when I cross-reference it I get our 26-226. Is this a match? Carefully compare the specs we show for it to your own pivot bar to be sure.
