pivot bar holder part

these are the parts that make up my pivot bar holder, i cant seem to find the grey insert that the pivot bar attaches too. can you help me identify it and do you have anything similar. the housing of the pivot bar is the same as the top latch with the guts removed and replaced with the grey insert and pivot bar. the housing has a patent # 5,139,291 any help is appreciated thank you
